IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLY FOR FCPS PART-II & MCPS FOR SESSION JULY-2026
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR FCPS:
- • For FCPS Part-II Training any candidate who have “PASSED” FCPS Part-I not more than 03-Years in other disciplines and 05-years in Pulmonology.
- • Applicants will not be above 40 years of age on the last date of submission of application for PG Training.
- • 02-years IMM training in Medicine with mandatory rotations is essential to apply for the training in Pulmonology.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR MCPS (REGULAR PESSI EMPLOYEE MAY APPLY ONLY):
- • Regular Employees of PESSI may apply only after getting NOC from PESSI, Head Office
- • Contract/Retainee doctors are not eligible for MCPS training.
- • Applicants will not be above 45 years of age on the last date of submission of application for PG Training.
HOW TO APPLY?
All willing candidates can submit their online applications from 22.05.2026 till 31.05.2026 through online web-portal “SSTHLHR.COM.PK”. Candidates must fill the application form available at the web-portal and download the filled form to submit hard copy of same along with above said duly attested copies of all documents at the office of the Medical Superintendent till 03.06.2026 from 08:00am to 02:00pm (No application will be entertained after closing date).
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
- 1. All the applicants are directed to submit their applications “IN-PERSON” by tagging all the documents in “OFFICE FILE” in the office of the Medical Superintendent and get a Diary Number (application will not be entertained if they sent through either postal or courier service).
- 2. Candidates are not allowed to over-write/amend the online generated application form, otherwise application will be rejected.
- 3. The candidates who joined but resigned in July-2025 and January-2026 inductions are not eligible to apply for postgraduate training.
- 4. The candidates who are terminated due to any reason are not eligible to apply for postgraduate training.
- 5. Contract employees of PESSI shall be eligible to apply only for FCPS Part-II training subject to submission of a valid NOC issued by PESSI Head Office (not more then 30-days). In case a contract employee is inducted into FCPS Part-II training and their contract will not be extended during the training period, their salary shall be converted into stipend as per PESSI rules and regulations.
- 6. Regular employees of PESSI may apply for both FCPS Part-II and MCPS training programs, subject to submission of a valid NOC issued by PESSI Head Office.
- 7. Merit will be calculated according to the “Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab and Central Induction Policy” (Current Updated Guidelines).
- 8. First Provisional Merit List of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the web-portal “SSTHLHR.COM.PK” till 13.06.2026 and also displayed at the Notice Board of the Medical Superintendent office.
- 9. First Grievance Redressal Committee meeting will be held w.e.f 15.06.2026 to 16.06.2026 from 09:30am to 12:00pm at the office of Medical Superintendent to address the grievances (Second Provisional Merit List will be uploaded on 17.06.2026).
- 10. Second Grievance Redressal Committee meeting will be held w.e.f 18.06.2026 to 19.06.2026 from 09:30am to 12:00pm at the office of Medical Superintendent to address the grievances (Third Provisional Merit List will be uploaded on 20.06.2026).
- 11. If any candidate still having any grievance (regarding merit only) can contact the office of Medical Superintendent uptill 22.06.2026 (No grievance will be entertained after the said date).
- 12. Final Merit List will be uploaded after redressal of grievances on the web-portal “SSTHLHR.COM.PK” and also displayed at the Notice Board of the Medical Superintendent office.
- 13. Stipend will be paid according to the PESSI Rules & Regulations. The PESSI (Regular) Doctors inducted in postgraduate training program (FCPS Part-II or MCPS) will get their regular salaries instead of stipend.
- 14. Only those applications of candidates would be accepted which have been applied through Online Web-portal “SSTHLHR.COM.PK”.
- 15. No Residence will be provided.
- 16. Incomplete applications will be rejected and no excuse will be entertained.
- 17. No TA/DA will be admissible.
